Is your business celebrating a milestone anniversary? Let us help you mark the occasion with special recognition at a Meaford Council meeting.

Complete the form below to request a formal acknowledgment of your anniversary by Council. Recognition may include a certificate presentation and mention during the Council meeting, highlighting your business’s contributions to the community.

Eligible Anniversaries:
Only anniversaries celebrated in 5-year increments (e.g., 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years, etc.) are eligible for recognition.

Please Note:

• This request form is for business anniversaries only

• Recognition will be scheduled during a regular Council meeting

• Requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the preferred meeting date

Municipal staff will review your request and follow up within one week to confirm scheduling and details.
